Always a wonderful experience. Drinks are delicious and the staff is fantastic. I love that they do pairings with local places and in March they did a “Battle of the Bartenders,” allowing their staff to create new drinks for the customers to vote on and choose. Definitely a must to visit if you’re remotely close to the area.
We have been enjoying the painted stave for many years now, and like a fine bourbon, it keeps getting better with age. The cocktails are the best we have had in Kent county, the classes are informative and the newest adventure of the Cask club is a lot of fun. We were able to taste 4 different ryes this last time and the Cask club members voted on their favorite. Check out the Pic of the hubs filling his Cask club bottle that he got to sign as well. Cool experience.
This place is great! Tons of options for sweet cocktails and those of us who like more whiskey forward drinks! Will be back for sure!
Tried the bourbon and the rye, both were very good. We got food from a Taco stand in the yard, it was pretty good too. Service was great.
