I got extensions at this salon and paid a LOT for them... close to $1600 after install.. only for them to shed by handfulls in the shower amd during sleep. After 2 months in, the hair was disastrously thin.. it looked awful. I contacted the salon owner to complain and hopefully find resolve because I had saved for a year to get these extensions... she told me to send them in and she would send them away to the manufacturer. I had a lovely experience with Dani. Although I didn’t get my hair done by her, she ordered in some hair extensions to the salon for me when I wasn’t able to get the website to work to ship them to my house. She was back and forth with me for days keeping me in the loop over instagram when the shipping company had tried to deliver them when the salon was closed. She was such a pleasure to talk to and her customer service skills were amazing. I can’t wait to book an actual service with her in the future.
