I have been taking my Lolla in for grooming for awhile now. This last time I had to work so I asked my friend to take her in for me. When she dropped Lolla off they were rude to her. I then kept calling them to check on Lolla from work but could not get thru due to no one answering the phone. Lolla has recently come down with illness and I needed to check on her. My dog is old and they are very gentle with her- couldn't be happier with service.
Ashley did an amazing job on pooch, Mac! She has a happy customer for life! Her fee was very very reasonable.
