We were disappointed to be told that a $50 gift certificate purchased for me by my 8-year-old son with his own Christmas money would not be honored because their gift certificates are only valid for 7 months from the date of purchase and was now ‘expired.’ Under Florida Statute 501.95, purchased gift certificates generally cannot have expiration dates. I’ve been to The Painted Frog twice now, and both experiences have been great. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I’ve really enjoyed my time there on each visit. I especially want to highlight how incredible an individual staff member working on the bar side was during a recent visit when I had a medical emergency due to severely low blood sugar. Amazing studio! 🌟 The team is super friendly and supportive, very knowledgeable, and the vibe is perfect for getting creative. I had such a fun afternoon creating my own piece. Cannot wait to see how the glaze turns out! Highly recommend Painted Frog!!
