We had to move out because the rent increased drastically every year, and despite paying over $3,000 a month, only one car is allowed to park. It’s been almost four months since we left, and we have yet to receive our deposit. The excuses we get each time we inquire are unacceptable.
I have lived at Paintbrush Apartments for two years and I cannot think of a better place to live in Gunnison County. I wanted to write a review but instead I will say I agree 100% with what Jeff Walker posted. He posted exactly what I would have written. For those writing negative reviews I understand everyone is entitled to their opinion however it would be nice if they stated the truth and not used this space to post things that are not true. Lived here over a year. What a dump and overpriced too. The walls are paper thin and good luck with parking if you get home late. Many residents have multiple vehicles. Some even keep motorcycles in their unit and stink up the place with the smell of gasoline. Extremely inconsiderate! The housing market is tough in Gunnison and I had to rent a handicap apartment.
