I have lived at Paintbrush Apartments for two years and I cannot think of a better place to live in Gunnison County. I wanted to write a review but instead I will say I agree 100% with what Jeff Walker posted. He posted exactly what I would have written. For those writing negative reviews I understand everyone is entitled to their opinion however it would be nice if they stated the truth and not used this space to post things that are not true. Lived here over a year. What a dump and overpriced too. The walls are paper thin and good luck with parking if you get home late. Many residents have multiple vehicles. Some even keep motorcycles in their unit and stink up the place with the smell of gasoline. Extremely inconsiderate! The housing market is tough in Gunnison and I had to rent a handicap apartment. I'm able bodied. It's not a complaint but I didn't know that was a thing. The studio was in POOR SHAPE when I moved in! The shower flooded the whole apartment occas... read more

I’m so glad the people that left these negative reviews don’t live here anymore. The apartments are much better without them. I am personally aware of a couple of these occurrences and the tenant entitlement shocking. I have lived at the Paintbrush apartments for a year and a half. The management team has always been available and on site when needed. It’s unfortunate that tenants are taking advantage of a very lenient and friendly management team here at Paintbrush Apartments.
