I’m so glad the people that left these negative reviews don’t live here anymore. The apartments are much better without them. I am personally aware of a couple of these occurrences and the tenant entitlement shocking. I have lived at the Paintbrush apartments for a year and a half. The management team has always been available and on site when needed. It’s unfortunate that tenants are taking advantage of a very lenient and friendly management team here at Paintbrush Apartments. Lived here over a year. What a dump and overpriced too. The walls are paper thin and good luck with parking if you get home late. Many residents have multiple vehicles. The housing market is tough in Gunnison and I had to rent a handicap apartment. I'm able bodied. It's not a complaint but I didn't know that was a thing. The studio had less than adequate cabinet space and was in POOR SHAPE when I moved in! The shower flooded the whole apartment occasionally due to improper installation. After reading the previous review I'm pretty upset. My power just went out and I can't find a way to contact management the email address doesn't work the phone messages are full This is BS
