Let me start off by saying my experience at Paint Works has been the very best experience I have had with any bodyshop, I was recommended here by a lot of people, so I brought my 2003 Evolution 8 to get polished and ceramic coated right before Wekfest and Tuner Galleria in Chicago, and was very pleased with level of service and the turn around time, and ended up winning best Mitsubishi at both car shows. I brought my Lexus IS 500 to Paint Works MS after it was rear-ended, expecting high-quality repairs and professional service. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. The repairs took over FOUR months to complete, despite initial expectations being far shorter.
