I had a subsidiary of liberty mutual, and I hit a deer, took my car to see Dustin, he told me it would be a couple days til he could get it in to be estimated. Whenever he got it in, he produced an estimate that I submitted that estimate to my insurance to which my insurance lowballed me and produced an estimate that was 1/4th the estimate of Dustin’s. Dustin is wonderful! Very knowledgeable & you detect a hint of attorney in him the way he does his best to inform his customers about what to say to insurance companies that want to pull a fast one on you! He also warns you what the insurance companies will try to say & do such as replacement parts that come from places like LKQ because their cheaper instead of actual OEM parts that are crash tested & made with QA. I had a very good experience at Blue Ribbon Body Shop. I needed a bumper replaced due to an accident. Even though the process through insurance took a long time, Dustin was patient and kept me informed throughout. Not only did he fix the bumper beautifully, he also removed some extra scratches that were elsewhere on my car. He went above and beyond with his work. I will definitely go back to Blue Ribbon Body Shop along with recommending it to others! Thanks, Dustin!
