I brought my 4Runner to Blue Ribbon today for scratch removal from my SUV's hood , and the experience was wonderful! They were very professional, answered all my questions, and at the time of my visit, were not busy and immediately took my vehicle in for repair, 2 hrs later, My hood looks brand new, absolutely fantastic, better than what I expected!! ....and the price was extremely fair!! Stopped by for a quote. Head honcho was out-was told I’d receive a call with pricing. A few days pass & no call. I call, & again was told they would be in touch with a price for the work requested. A couple weeks have passed & NOTHING! A 3rd strike is not necessary…I’m out after the 2nd.
