I had a subsidiary of liberty mutual, and I hit a deer, took my car to see Dustin, he told me it would be a couple days til he could get it in to be estimated. Whenever he got it in, he produced an estimate that I submitted that estimate to my insurance to which my insurance lowballed me and produced an estimate that was 1/4th the estimate of Dustin’s. Dustin is wonderful! Very knowledgeable & you detect a hint of attorney in him the way he does his best to inform his customers about what to say to insurance companies that want to pull a fast one on you! He also warns you what the insurance companies will try to say & do such as replacement parts that come from places like LKQ because their cheaper instead of actual OEM parts that are crash tested & made with QA.
