One of the reasons we purchased a microwave from Costco is that installation and the removal of our old microwave were included with the price. Oakes Plumbing & Heating was assigned to do this by Costco. Microwave was delivered four days ago. I emailed him on the day it was delivered, and he said he would call back that morning to schedule installation that day, the next day at the latest. He still hasn't called. Absolute terrible experience, the worst! Never returns phone calls and doesn’t show up when promised a time also they have no clue what they are doing!! Lowe’s referred us to this company and that’s a complete embarrassment on their part! Very unprofessional company!!!
