Edit: I spoke to the owner, Mike, and we discussed the concerns. On 11/4/25, Brandon came out to walk around the outside with me. He immediately repainted all my concerns (eye level) and found a few others that he addressed himself. I am raising my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars and a BIG thank you to Brandon for taking the time today to make these adjustments. I am giving 3 stars for the final color of the house. Not happy with blemishes and poor communication.
