I asked Paint Ninjas for a quote to paint ceilings at my home. I accepted their quote, paid in full, but then changed my mind. They refunded my money in full, with no hassle or delay. That’s great service!
The 2 men that painted my great room did a fantastic job. Both were polite and helpful. I am very pleased and will use them again.
Ninjas did a great job. Missed rolling one small bathroom ceiling. Matt came with crew chief, and Cesar did the work right away.
Recently had some outside painting jobs. The staff were polite, nice and did a fantastic job.
If you’re interested in a career in painting, keep looking. There’s little room for advancement and they pay next to nothing for the work that is demanded of you. Furthermore, the work culture is extremely poor, causing a HUGE turnover. In my short time here I’ve seen twice as many people leave than those that stuck around. In summary, Paint Ninjas is a pretty poor company all around. Keep looking.
