Awesome salon! I highly recommend! The atmosphere is luxury, clean, and welcoming. The service is luxury and the techs are very talented. Definitely worth the cost, I’d pay more.

I have gotten a few pedicures here and it feels very clean and welcoming and they always do a great job which helps me justify the premium price they charge. However, they’re not open on Sundays which means I can only choose Saturday appointment times and I had my appointment canceled on me a few times with no option to book with another tech for the same day so I have to push my appointment out another week+ or just cancel entirely. I think I’m going to have to find a new place that feels a little more reliable.

Misleading marketing: They say Walk-ins welcome on their windows and were fully booked before opening and were not accepting walk-ins.

If you are looking to have a “private” get together here I would not recommend this. We paid $100 to have the “whole salon” rented and it was still open to the public and 45 mins before our time slot was up they had people coming in for services they had booked. I made this reservation in December and several times received phone calls either confused about our booking or acting like we had no services booked. I went to PAINT Nail Bar & received a mani & pedi & it was AMAZING!!!!! Elizabeth & Gia did a superb job on my services! The GM Kisha & concierge Ayanna was so friendly & helpful! They made sure that my visit was top tier! I will definitely be back again!!
