This has nothing to do with the customer service or the finished product, but it is a complaint about the policies and the polish. I have been coming here regularly, around twice per month on average, since I moved here 2.5 years ago. I've also had many people here with me on various occasions for services—my husband, daughter, aunt, mother. Brie is so wonderful she always does my nails and they look magnificent! Ashley does a wonderful job with my pedicures! And Jillian at the desk is always so friendly! I love coming here!
I had a gift card for my birthday. The salon is very cute and everyone is really nice. However, it is extremely difficult to get in and out of. I actually wound up in the wrong lot and had to walk across from a dentist’s office to avoid being late after waiting for 5 minutes to turn left into the lot. I wouldn’t go back for this reason alone (as well as only being open until 6).
