I live about 50 minutes from Paint but I make the drive because I appreciate the variety of options they offer. I showed up to my appointed after moving around a client meeting at work for my long drive just to be turned away because of an automated scheduling error. There was no remedy to the unfortunate situation other than a sorry and a shrug. Not sure what I was expecting but it was not that. Really disappointed. Great start to my birthday weekend.
I was not very impressed with this place . The receptionist was amazing though and was extremely helpful with the issue we had. Let’s get into it . This was my first time ever going here and I scheduled three young girls ages 5-10 at the same time for a manicure via online. I then called and left a message to make sure that they could do a simple design on one of their nails . I received a text back saying that a simple design was fine . The artist was nice and so was the business but two of my nails fell off within 24 hours. I’m not rough with my nails at all and expected more for $75.

The entire staff is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant—it creates such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere from the moment I walk in.
