I tried the Paint Bar on Bardstown Rd when they first opened. My daughter and I got our nails done. They glued the nails on crooked. It was so bad,when I showed the receptionist, she tried to file them to make them look better and then proceeded to give me a nail file to try to fix them myself. The nail technician said that she would fix them but I had to wait until she was finished with her next appointment. I came in one day after having acrylic removed from my nails. They don't offer acrylic but rather gel, gex, dip etc. What really caught my attention was not only the decor and friendly staff but that they don't use drills. I went to see if they could help fix my nails. I started getting IBX treatments on my nails to strengthen my nail beds and they work wonders. Update: They offered to fix them however when I agreed and made suggestions they never set up another time for me to get them fixed. I will not be going back here and will not be recommending to anyone. I don’t normally leave reviews however I am very disappointed with how my nails turned out. I’m not one to make a scene about how I don’t like them but I am going to leave this picture here so people who are considering a Pedicure understand what they may be paying for.

I went to get my nails done for the first time ever!! The ladies were very kind, but the service is HORRIFYING!!! A lot of my nails looked "chipped" around the corners and were patchy even before I had left salon. Within 4 days, a nail came off and several of them were lifted off my nail bed WITHIN 4 DAYS. THEY WERE $100!! I call about a refund; they refused. BUT they do have a policy where if anything happens within 10 days, they will fix them, so I went back, even WORSE service than before.
