Don’t ever go to this place to get your nails done. If I could give 0 stars I would. The treatment that Tyler ( nail tech) and the lady at the front desk gave my mom today on 7/23 was despicable. My mother had an appointment and they didn’t want to serve her. They were being disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don’t even do a good job with nails in the first place. You’re better off doing your own nails or going to any other place in Solon or any neighboring city.
So glad I didn’t get the membership they’ve been pitching. I made an appointment weeks in advance that they couldn’t honor. Too bad, because my services and technicians have been good and I enjoy the atmosphere. But if I can’t get in when I make the effort to plan ahead it’s all moot.

I just want to remind everyone of their cancelation policy of which they will NOT remind you of when you call to book. Canceling within 24 hours, even due to illness such as Covid, will not excuse you of a FULL SERVICE charge AND 20% gratuity. I called to make my appointment so when the staff member rudely pointed out that the cancellation policy was on the website (if you dig), it seems obvious that I did not view the website considering I called and spoke to someone who did not mention the policy at all.
