Extremely poor customer service. Rude technicians with a big attitude problem. Can’t even deliver the basic skills of any technician to ensure nails are even in length and debated with me for 15 minutes about a simple nail extension for a chipped nail. I’ve been going to this nail salon for years and will following up with Management to check the attitude of their staff who are the face of the salon. Avoid
I have been to the Paint Bethesda location a few times and it has always been hit or miss. I am a week into my most recent manicure and my nails are chipped in several places. I got a gel overlay and the original manicure was beautiful but unfortunately has not lasted beyond a week. I choose the gel overlay because of the added protection it would provide my natural nails however one of my nails is on the verge of breaking.
Really hurts me to have to write this because I have been a loyal customer since they opened. The awful customer service I have received regarding my Passport membership has soured me and I will not be returning. I signed up for a Passport membership a long time ago. I have tried to pause and cancel it multiple times. The first time was in April I asked that it be indefinitely paused. The manicure was okay, but it was lumpy in different areas. But my main issue was with the owner. Her attitude is unacceptable as a business owner. She and the person who did my nails told me it was my fault my manicure was lumpy...but, how? She seemed to lack compassion and didnt really seem to know what to say. She was so rude with her tone and even rolled her eyes while speaking to me, clearly didnt think I would notice. Never patronizing this business again.
Honestly, I’m disappointed this time. My first chrome gel manicure was beautiful and lasted nearly three weeks, but this one wasn’t great and barely made it 3–4 days. I appreciate that the salon has a 10-day repair policy, but unfortunately that policy was not honored, which left this customer at a loss. At $60–$70 per gel manicure, it’s too expensive to have to pay again so soon for a manicure that went south so early. My manicure was on Friday, October 24.
