Very welcoming and accommodating place. All the staff was friendly, and helpful. Perfect setup for the services offered.
This was my “go to” salon for professional service and customer satisfaction. Disappointing experiences over past three visits. Gel manicure was done poorly and required a next-day visit to fix. Unfortunately, the fix looked worse. Subsequent “talk of the town” luxe pedicure for an additional $24 over regular service was not worth the money. No massage, poorly trimmed nails and mediocre polish results. The response by the front desk was to tell me they would add a massage to my next pedicure. Will be looking for a new place.
I booked appointments for both myself and my daughter on April 7 for May 1, the day before her senior prom. We chose this salon based on strong reviews and the promise of a higher-end experience.The salon itself is clean, stylish, and visually appealing. My daughter had a great experience. UMMM why did I wait so long to come to PAINT for the first time?! I went in for a gel removal and gel manicure and had the BEST experience with my girlfriends! First, the shop is gorgeous with comfy lounge areas, women's apparel and accessories, and the vibe is just so fun! The playlist was incredible at 10am and Alex did a really great job on my nails. I'm officially never going anywhere else! Thank you for a memorable first experience - I will be back ASAP!!!
