Azelia was a very gracious and professional host, despite a scheduling miscommunication that negatively impacted their workflow. I was feeling a bit melancholy before going, but Azelia gently tended to me and ensured I had a wonderful experience. I hope Azelia knows the impact of their work, even if they felt rushed. I don't make many trips out to St. Louis today, but I am lucky that Polish Room STL made it a special trip for me.
Love my nails, Azelia did a great job. Low stars because I felt the owner had no empathy for an issue I had with pricing. Apparently the pricing for a removal changed since my last visit. They confirmed by looking at my past visits, that I had never been charged for a removal. When I asked if I could have the fee removed since I, A) didn’t have any polish/gel to remove and B) didn’t realize there was a fee now, I was told no and whoever didn’t charge me “did it wrong.” You now lost a customer all because you couldn’t give on... read more
Went in just to get my gel taken off. They charged an extremely affordable $12 for the service. She shaped and filed my nails, buffed them and applied cuticle oil. Wish I had time for a manicure, but I was only in town for the day! They left an amazing impression!
