Love my nails, Azelia did a great job. Low stars because I felt the owner had no empathy for an issue I had with pricing. Apparently the pricing for a removal changed since my last visit. They confirmed by looking at my past visits, that I had never been charged for a removal. Went in just to get my gel taken off. They charged an extremely affordable $12 for the service. She shaped and filed my nails, buffed them and applied cuticle oil. Wish I had time for a manicure, but I was only in town for the day! They left an amazing impression!
I’ve been here twice and will definitely remain a devout client. It’s clean, the vibes are mellow, there’s decent parking on weekdays, and the introvert in me appreciates the convenient online booking option. I’ve seen both Rachel and Stephany - they’re sweethearts and have given me exactly what I wanted both times. 💖💕
