I really enjoy coming here and absolutely love my technician — she’s amazing and does a fantastic job every time. However, I’m giving two stars today because of my experience with the front desk staff. From the moment I walked in, I was cut off mid-sentence while trying to introduce myself and mention my appointment. The ladies at the front desk were very rude and dismissive, which made me feel unwelcome. Horrible pedicure. She stabbed me twice. And then she answered about 2 to 3 phone calls while doing my pedicure. The receptionist Jacinta was mortified that I was not going to give me her a tip. She suggested I go to a Chinese place where it was cheaper. I never complained about the price. I would’ve loved to was given her a tip. The receptionist was so rude to me and told me I was a terrible person.

Before I start im writing this review to share my experience and bring awareness to whoever picks this nail place. I called a few days ahead of time to set up my appt I stated that I wanted a gelish manicure, we set a time and that was it. For context my appt was at 5pm. The day of at around 4:30 I get a call stating if I could move my appt back 30 minutes to 5:30, since i was available and it didnt affect my schedule, I agreed. *WORST ExPERIENCE EVER* Took 3.5 hours for mani/pedi My friend finished an hour before me even though we did the same services Got cut 3 times- they drew blood and didn’t clean it nor do anything to prevent infection Both of our manicurists were sick as a dog Nails are all different shapes and sizes Told owned about experience, she tried to brush it off as my finger was bleeding. Didn’t clean under nails All nail beds are red/in pain I am not a Karen but holy f what an awful experience this is my first and last google review
