Got a manicure and my nails chipped withing hours. Gave it a second chance so I went again for a repair and they chipped again next day! Worst quality and most expensive manicure I’ve ever done.
I have been a resident of aventura for over 15 years. My wife has been going here and we had a family emergency. My wife called and had to cancel. This place doesn’t care. They charged us anayways.
I live very close to this salon and have given it multiple chances, but I continue to be disappointed. The quality has been inconsistent. My nails frequently chip within days and the scheduling issues have become unacceptable. I called yesterday and was told they could not accommodate me that day but confirmed an appointment for today at 6:00 PM. I even received a text saying they were excited to see me.
