On March 9, 2025 my friend and I arrived for our appointments. We had confirmed via text twice (once on Tuesday, again on Friday) and received multiple email confirmation for these appointments. The manager, Lauren, had directly texted me to confirm and ask about what I needed to be removed (gel from my fingers, regular paint for my toes). Great pedicure but manicure was terrible - not sure if the staff was new.
I wanna give a shout out to the team at PAINT Arlington. They are always so hospitable and excel at customer service. Autumn has been doing my nails for a while and she is top notch. Her gentle demeanor and touch, as well as attention to detail, always makes for a relaxing experience. Thank you for your comfortable space.
Not a great experience. Kennie (nail tech) was not friendly and made several of my cuticles bleed. She also picked the wrong size tip for my thumb nail which left a gap and created a weird bump/shape. Would not recommend this salon, especially as there are so many other better ones in the area.
