I was initially reassured that the repairs came with a warranty, but when problems started to appear later, the shop was unwilling to honor it. They either delayed responses or tried to shift the blame elsewhere. It became clear that the “warranty” was more of a selling point than a real commitment. There was no proper follow-up or effort to ensure customer satisfaction after the job was done. A reliable business stands by its work, but that was not the case here.

The experience with the staff at this auto body shop was far from pleasant. There was a clear lack of professionalism in how they تعامل (interacted) with customers. One of my biggest concerns with this shop is the apparent use of cheap or low-quality replacement parts. Shortly after the repair, I noticed that some components didn’t fit properly and felt flimsy compared to the original parts. Over time, these parts started to wear out much faster than expected. I was never informed that aftermarket or lower-grade materials would be used. Customers deserve transparency and the option to choose the quality of parts being installed, especially when it affects durability and performance.

I brought my vehicle in for what I thought would be a thorough and professional repair, but the lack of attention to detail was immediately obvious when I got it back.
