Emailed them in 2020 for a quote and they asked for pictures of my kitchen and my address which I sent back to them very quickly. They responded quickly and provided me with an email quote and said the next step is to book an in home consultation. I replied almost instantly and said lets move forward with the in home consultation. Then all of a sudden they said they are booked solid and cant come do an in home consultation and to try again next year.
