I hired Lance Mewes for an exterior paint job, and he starts the job, then a few says later announces he’s leaving town, and without my agreement “gives” the job to one of his workers, Steven Clark, a guy with self-professed ADHD. I figure a week later that the trip isn’t temporary but that Lance has totally abandoned my job.
