I was long overdue and desperate for a good trim. My hair is very thin, fine, damaged, and I have many cowlicks. I called hoping I could get in asap. Pamela got me in same day (thank you!) Usually I'm wary as my hair doesn't grow quickly so I always fear a botched job. Nope, she knew how to cut it. It looks much better now and she didn't over trim it. She's also very lovely.
