I've lived in these apartments for 3 years now. Donna, the manager is very kind and helpful with any maintenance issues that come up. Highly recommend. Very nice apartments and location. Donna is a rare find, what a fantastic apartment manager!

I am blessed to live in a quiet serene complex with beautiful views of the paint creek. Donna is a wonderful manager and aims to please the tenants. I feel like I’m living in a resort. It’s a great community! Walking distance to downtown Lake Orion.
