I love living at Paint Creek Village Apartments. The apartments are in great condition, it’s quiet and Donna is a wonderful landlord. She is kind, understanding and takes care of her tenants. Not many things need to be fixed but when they do, they are addressed quickly. I love living at Paint Creek Village Apartments.
I've lived in these apartments for 3 years now. Donna, the manager is very kind and helpful with any maintenance issues that come up. Highly recommend. Very nice apartments and location. Donna is a rare find, what a fantastic apartment manager!
