They refused to take me because I dont vaccinate my kid!!! What kind of corrupt system is this?
Dr. Bierma is an amazing doctor and has made the new born process an absolute breeze. Scheduling is easy, very little wait to see the doctor and amazing commitment from the doctor about being able to reach her after hours. She truly cares about all of her patients. I am so happy to have found such an outstanding doctor for my children.
As soon as they found out we had to switch our insurance to Medicaid, they no longer cared and were treated differently. They were great until the switch. When I had a question about my daughter, they replied to the email right away. But once Medicaid came into the picture, we were ignored. They still haven't replied to my email like they did before. The doctor is awesome. Would love to keep seeing her, but they do not take Medicaid unfortunately. I emailed her several questions and she called me back right away to answer them. She's very knowledgeable and kind. At the appointments, she'll throw information at you which I love since I don't always know what to ask. Sucks that we have to find a different clinic!
