You be the judge, just aweful. They painted at night, when advise they should not since they missed so many spots. Several requests were made to paint the same missing spots. Broke main water pipe by dropping signage on pipe. Did this while painting at night. Paint overspray all over pavers, entrance door mats, and exterior bench. specifically told them to cover it up.
