Reached out multiple times. I have holes in my ceiling that still haven’t been fixed (I’ve been in the house 6 months), chipped bathtub, back door is broken and won’t open, and multiple issues with paint touch up/siding. Supposed to have a warranty tech out on 4/4 but they have scheduled work before and never showed up.
RUN RUN RUN!!! If I could give negative stars I and many of our neighbors would. Check reviews all over Google, Youtube (from actual home buyers) Richmond American homes are terrible and complete trash. The quality of the house is complete horror ALOT of unfinished work when we moved in which they do on purpose and warranty avoids you as much as they can. The only thing separating the house from the dirt below in the foundation is a thin tarp, & many many cracks in the house. Evidently they took a ton of short cuts with this... read more
