Paint and play hosted our child's 6th birthday party in July 2025, we booked the play party. The booking process was smooth. I also called up to make changes to two meals and add an additional child. I did this over the phone and was told by a young girl it was absolutely fine and reassured me it was noted down. I was even told I can sync my phone via Bluetooth to play my music during the disco. I visited Paint and Play and was quite disappointed. The shutter was down when we arrived and was a little late to open. When I was assigned a table, I put my bag and my daughter’s shoes down before she went to try the soft play. Within minutes, someone had moved my belongings and sat down at my table, instead of informing the staff there was stuff there and the space was already taken.
