I purchased a Rear Bumper for 2010 Honda Accord. The web site list all types of 2010 Honda accord under one part number. when the part arrived, it was the wrong size and will not fit my car. They blamed me for ordering the wrong part and they admitted they don't have the part for my car type; however, my car is listed under the wrong part. Purchased 2020 Tacoma Fender from this place. Arrived at with medium size dent on the surface. No returns, only refund 10% after proof part is bent in half. $500 down the drain to this place.
I ordered the correct rear bumper with the correct paint code and received it. I was surprised to read that some people were dissatisfied with their purchases and couldn't wait to receive mine. I opened the box and followed the directions to allow the bumper to reclaim its shape. It did. It looks amazing! I'd buy another in a heartbeat. This saved me a bundle.
Multiple times I tried to contact this company to cancel an order and they never got back to me. Multiple times after delivery I tried contacting to return and they never got back to me. I have now rejected the delivery twice and sent it back and it has been sent back to me. Don't use this company
Ordered a front bumper for my sons 2015 Genesis coupe. The bumper arrived about 2 weeks after ordering and the part and paint match was spot on. I had some questions and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this company.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I ordered a bumper cover for my g37 convertible. A sedan bumper came. They told me I could return it for 35% restocking fee since I " ordered" the wrong one. They also said I would have to pay shipping. That would be 236.00 plus the restocking fee, it would be more than the original price. Buyer beware.its just not worth it. Very disappointed.
Sent us a crumpled up POS with paint peeling off. Won't return phone calls. BEWARE. $340 in the trash.
