Dr. Kahn has helped with my back pain so much. The only draw back is the South Jordan office is far away from where I live but it is the best location they have!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. I was referred here after a car accident, and it was a mistake from the start. I waited over 45 minutes while several people who arrived after me were seen first. The wait times were unacceptable, but what was worse was the treatment I received. The doctor who saw me completely dismissed my injuries, despite the fact that my spine had shifted out of place. Be prepared to wait 30-45 min to be called back after being there on time. Been here 3timea now and it’s all the same.
I was a little skeptical to come here at first after seeing the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was very kind and let me know that the provider was running a bit behind but made sure to give timely updates. I will say, the wait time is awful. I waited well over 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor and by the looks of it, this is something that this office needs to eagerly work on. I was referred to this place after I asked not to be. They still called but I couldn't answer the first time bc I was in a mtg so they called right back making me think I'd better answer only for it to be them. I told them I asked my doctor to refer me to a different facility and as soon as I said that they hung up on me. They keep calling me and if I answer they just hang up on me.
