Shane was super helpful with helping me to listen to my body, identity root causes of my pain and stiffness, and helped me make an action plan of how to tackle it. He is a kind and compassionate listener and showed empathy to me as we went over my history.
Shane is the only Rolfer I see in Boulder. Anyone who knows how many excellent Rolfer there are in Boulder know what a this means. He has an understanding and an ability to get things done that I haven’t found in many.
Shane is Magic! The care and education I received just in my first visit was exemplary. I now have a better gate and the homework I need to keep it hinging properly! Thank you Shane with Painless Stride!
I’ve struggled with shoulder and neck pain, along with stuck ribs that would flare up regularly for the last couple months. Working with Shane has made such a difference. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s also deeply attentive and truly cares about his clients’ well-being. His work has helped me move more freely. I’m so grateful for the care he provides—highly recommend to anyone dealing with chronic pain or mobility issues!
