Shane is the only Rolfer I see in Boulder. Anyone who knows how many excellent Rolfer there are in Boulder know what a this means. He has an understanding and an ability to get things done that I haven’t found in many.
Shane is Magic! The care and education I received just in my first visit was exemplary. I now have a better gate and the homework I need to keep it hinging properly! Thank you Shane with Painless Stride!

He's helped me with back pain, heel pain, neck pain, as well as helping to improve my posture and gait. He really listens to you and does a great job of addressing your concerns and explaining the process.
