Update after 1 year of treatment: It is definitely not painless. The results do not last and the techs are very inconsistent. Choose somewhere else! Before treatment: Unprofessional. Unkind receptionists. A month ago, I asked for the manager of the location to email me regarding the potential need for a doctor’s note for treatment. I never received an email.
