It’s absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone here. I’ve called more than 30 times and left multiple voicemails. An “AI” returned my call once with nonsensical, unrelated content. It doesn’t understand what I’m saying or answer my questions. When I ask the AI to transfer me to a human, no one ever answers. I’ve been very confused and have wasted a lot of time. It’s ridiculous that there are good reviews. They must be AI-generated as well. They rely on AI and don’t care about real people. Avoid this dishonest con business.

The xray tech made getting xrays probably the best I ever experience Ive ever had. The entire staff was professional and nice. Dr. Brad seems very knowledgeable and is very personable.

I got a cleaning today by a woman named Sandy H she was very nice and patient with me gave me a lot of information that can help me better take care of my dental needs I would hardly recommend paying this dentistry over any other dentist office and the Charlotte Michigan area thank you very much for the fitbit as well😁☺️

Dentist Mason haddon had xrays taken. NEVER ONCE DID HADDOW LOOK INTO MY MOUTH! He automatically says I need full mouth implants/dentures. Since I have had 2 TWO DIFFERENT DENTIST EXAMINE ME AND BOTH SSYS THAT THE 13 TEETH IN MY MOUTH ARE GOOD AND DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT NEED TO BE PULLED!!!!!!! THEY BOTH ASKED WHAT DENTIST TOLD YOU THIS???? AND THE MANAGER STACY WOW WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP SHE TRIES TO PUSH!!!!!! ASKED FOR COPIES OF EVERYTHING, STACY SAYS THEY ARE IN THE MAIL. This guys are crooks. They had coupons on their website for a complimentary evaluation/xrays/consultation regarding tooth implants but required my insurance info anyways. When i got done, they refused to accept their own coupon from their own website, billed my insurance and then referred the balance to corporate office. I finally paid the remainder so as to not have it put on my credit record. They are liars. Beware!
