I needed an authorized Grand Design service department and found quite a few in a 2 hour radius of where we were staying. I researched, read reviews, phoned a friend, asked around the camping community, and settled on Ketelsen in Elk Heights. I was very well taken care of, from the ease setting up the appointment and checking in to the exceptional young man who helped me pick the rig up. He even brought out a tech to make sure what got fixed stayed fixed when the truck was hooked up. Highly recommend!!
