How would you score a place when you leave in tears after picking up trailer for warranty work and you are told issue is. "is what it is". By 2 employees Told somethings could not be fixed. Some I suspect mot even Looked at. Mot the most expensive trailer they sell but allot of money for me to have sub par customer service. Very upset n disappointed

We bought a brand new camper... everything on the sales side was phenomenal we were very happy.. until the first camping trip.. minor issues, assumed fixed right away.. we were wrong.. fast forward 1 year.. SAME ISSUES STILL UNFIXED AND NEW ISSUES EVERYTIME WE CAMP.. feeling we were sold a VERY expensive lemon.. with no end insight to issues we cannot seem to get resolved. Ongoing issues and many frustrations seems to be the only answers we are receiving ..

My husband & I just purchased a newer camper through Ketelsen RV in Elk Run! It was such a great experience. They were helpful, fast & knowledgeable. As soon as we walked in Travis P. Helped us & to our surprise, they didn’t try getting us into a brand new camper or pressure us into something we didn’t want. We told them exactly what we wanted & the monthly payment we wanted to stick around & they made it happen! Josiah was very helpful with the financing part & got us the best bang for our buck.
