Very Friendly and knowledgeable sales men
I purchased a new trailer from Ketelsen in the spring of 2024. They were great to work with on the purchase, but the real measure of a dealership is their service. Like many new rv's mine needed several things done under warranty after my first camping season. Ketelsen handled the warranty work in a very timely manner and they got everything fixed to a high level of quality.
The staff was wonderful and the Trunk r Treat they did was awesome. My kids loved it
