Awful experience, my husband was sent away because it was a worker's comp case. His physician referred him there from Concord, NH, to get the shot asap, they said they had the shot. Our appointment was at 1:45 p.m., he did not get out of the office until 3:15, and as I said with no treatment. We also have Blue Cross insurance as well. A patient's care should come before billing purposes, totally unacceptable. I would have paid the co-pay.
