I would give no stars if possible. This woman talked at me like I was a child who knew nothing. She declined to let my wife go back with me. Her associate called my wife my “companion”. She also prescribed me medicine that would possibly make my pre existing seizures worse knowing have them. When I told her my service dog helped as well she told me I could bring him with me as if I didn’t know the laws. He simply was left because he didn’t feel good. Bobbi is absolutely amazing. She listens to all my problems and tells me what she thinks I need to do to help reduce my pain and swelling as well as helps point me in the direction of getting better. All my thanks goes out to her and her team.
She’s absolutely amazing! She listened to my issues set up testing and gave me options/suggestions for relief.And she’s even willing to send a referral to physical therapy if that’s what I feel like I need. It was so nice to finally be heard on what hurts rather than being dismissed and told well we see in the past…. And it ends up going somewhere completely different and not addressing the issue.
