I’m writing this review as I’m sitting in tears on my Couch struggling I am beyond frustrated. It has been nothing but a push off waiting game. Every visit is nothing and then told to come back in two months. Nothing is getting done. My MRI shows several different issues and they are being dismissed. I am not happy. I will be canceling all future visits and going to somewhere else where somebody doesn’t treat me as a joke. My pain is not a joke. Dakota Wilson treats you as family…he remembers everything you’re going through, ask questions right down to my pup! The staff at the front desk is ALWAYS accommodating and I can’t imagine going anywhere else, they are incredibly professional and caring and it’s hard to find both these days! Thank you for always making my appointment feel like I’ve accomplished a goal towards better health!

This was an incredibly frustrating experience. I was left waiting for 40 minutes with zero communication from the staff—no explanation, no apology, nothing. It shouldn't be acceptable to treat patients’ time with such disregard. A simple update might have made a difference, but instead I was ignored the entire time. I eventually had to leave without being seen. Consider professionalism and respect when choosing a provider.
