I’ve been a patient of Dr. Drakely’s and his PA Donna Flaherty for years now, and they are Spectacular! Every time I go there for an appointment their entire staff is so friendly, super cool, and Always treat me with Kindness, Joy, Love and Happiness! Michelle and Chess at the front desk are Always funny and Happy and the place is very Professional and Dialed in!
Don't even bother with them. They will give you the runaround for months just trying to get an appointment to get in to see someone. They don't like to answer the phone, they don't like to return phone calls when you leave messages, and when you finally do get to speak to someone you will be told to call their Charleston office to set up an appointment. When you call the Charleston office that's when the real fun starts. You will be given the runaround again for a few more months just to eventually be told they are not accep... read more
Very rude reception ladies! BTW their policy that requires a urine sample is not told to the patient prior to the appointment, not even during online check in. They give you an hour to provide one then cancel your appointment. They say it is required to know what your allergic to. So why is it a surprise test? Completely ridiculous! Did I mention they are very RUDE!?
It crazy how I get here and been sitting here for 20-30 mins to be told that they moved my appointment from 1:00 to 1:45. And they been calling on the 13th but couldn’t reach me. If I can’t reach that person I personally wouldn’t change the appointment. Just giving my honest opinion. Sooo what was the reason to set my appointment to MY CONVENIENCE and y’all moved my appointment anyways for someone else convince? Make it make sense. Everyone at the clinic is so friendly and professional. They are extremely thorough. I’m so thankful I go to this clinic!
