For 10 months or more I had difficulty standing from a chair and just walking to another room. Doing anything around the house was a challenge and walking more than 20yards was a huge effort. I didn’t want to be an old lady yet so I visited John. After a few acupuncture sessions he has fired up the sleeping muscles in my legs and I’m now walking again. I had been experiencing severe back pain for a number of years and have had two operations and numerous treatments to no avail. I sought help from John and have had a number of treatments. Following these I am thrilled with my ‘new’ life. I am now can even go for walks and the pain is about 90% improved. John has also been treating me for respiratory problems after having a cold, sniffles and nasal drip for three months. I am delighted that this has also almost cleared up. John is the best acupuncturist I have ever been treated by, his knowledge of the human body is mind blowing. I was suffering with tight lower back muscles for years with terrible back pain. After just a few sessions I felt loose and athletic again.
