Hi all I started Xmas 2025 being told that my back would be requiring surgery as the gaps in a few of my lower back vertebrae have narrowed to the point that that are squashing multiple nerves and I was finding it harder and harder to walk around and do every day task's. I have now had 2 appointment's in 2 weeks and have never had such a positive response to any treatment I've had in the past and I've tried everything from physical therapy to acupuncture to chiropractor's ect.
