Having tried a number of interventions for a long standing back and muscle issues I feel that MFR has really addressed the root cause. The first treatment certainly made a difference and a course is having a longer term effect. Claire is knowledgeable, professional and listens to my issues to guide the session where appropriate.
Went to Pain Relief Derbyshire and saw Claire 5 months post surgery for capsular release surgery as I was still suffering with pain in forefront of arm and shoulder. I've had chronic sciatica for at least 4 years which caused me to limp, I've had lots of physio which didn't help. After hearing a talk given by Claire on myofacsial release I booked a session with her. After ONE session she relieved my sciatica pain by 90%!! I've had two more sessions where Claire has literally straightened my body out and I'm now much stronger, steadier and happier. Claire has an incredible knowledge of the body and how it works and is very friendly and professional. I cannot recommend her highly enough
