I give 3 stars for trying but it didn't help. I was treated several times a week for a month. Because of double insurance they received a duplicate payment of over $600 which they acknowledged but have not refunded it in over 20 months.
I had a very god experience! I had neck pain that went into my arm! I am pain free and I can now play baseball with my son!
