I have been part of this organization for over a year now and since day one, I have NO complaint from the management to my colleagues. I am so grateful to be working with the Medical Assistants, front desks, my managers Anita and Julie, thank you so much for all your support. I was referred to this facility by my Ortho-surgeon. I had high hopes given the variety of modalities offerred under one roof. However, the majority of the times I was not treated with dignity and respect. There is no follow thru on things they said they would do. If you follow-up when something wasn't completed, you are told to make another appointment to address it. I have been going to pain and rehabilitative consultants for quite a few years and today I met Ezekiel at the front desk check in of their office. That was the most amazing interaction that I've had with anyone in that front office, so thank you so much, Ezekiel, for such a wonderful experience today. You were so very kind and thoughtful in all that you did today.
Dr Timothy Lo is definitely one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the privilege of having. He is so caring about both my diagnosis and care. I truly appreciate the time he spends with me.
