It is absolutely impossible to reach the office by phone. I've pressed 0 for operator and even tried reaching my party with a 3 digit extension. Currently on hold 7 minutes
Bad customer service, don’t care for patients only the money. And never answer the phone calls. Worse place
I was referred to this facility by my Ortho-surgeon. I had high hopes given the variety of modalities offered under one roof. However, the majority of the times I was not treated with dignity and respect. There is no follow thru on things they said they would do. If you follow-up when something wasn't completed, you are told to make another appointment to address it. I have been part of this organization for over a year now and since day one, I have NO complaint from the management to my colleagues. I am so grateful to be working with the Medical Assistants, front desks, my managers Anita and Julie, thank you so much for all your support.
