Felt rushed with the doctor, offered no help in my pain management, was supposed to be set up for MRI, brace, etc, never heard back from the office
Dr. Lou is great, and the staff is great! The gal (callie) at the front desk is awesome as well very polite and super helpful. If you are looking for a great medical staff look no further.

The the front desk office worker, Callie, is possibly the worst person I've ever met.
I've been seeing Dr. Luo for almost 15 years and she's always been helpful and understanding. Her staff has changed throughout the years, but they've always been attentive and helpful when needed & I'm sure that's difficult, having to deal with people, at times, at their most desperate and vulnerable. The receptionist has been pleasant, even though she's always busy. Nurses are friendly and take time listening, to report to Dr. Luo. I can't imagine going to anyone else.
