I called the office over three weeks ago and they even received my MRI from my orthopedist doctor. Still to this day I haven’t heard back from their office. Barb from new patient corridor hasn’t returned my calls and email from Megan haven’t been returned either after being assured someone would get back to me. At first I was skeptical because it wasn't the road I wanted to take. But unfortunately due to all the surgeries and medical issues I had no choice. I can't even tell you how happy I am to get Robin as a doctor she is absolutely amazing. She listens to you and tries to help you figure out the best plan and does what she can to help you live a little bit more comfortably and with a little less pain.
Never answers the phone.my wife has gone a few days without her meds because no one picks up the phone She scheduled a procedure six weeks ago and they called when we were leaving the house to go there.Did not get clearance from the insurance. What a waste of time.
I see Dr. Robin at Living Well Pain Management in Waterbury. The staff is super friendly and efficient. Dr. Robin is knowledgeable and caring. She listens to my needs and treats my me with care and compassion.
