Ruby, at front desk, told my husband he could get his medical visit and chiropractor massage the same day so even though he wasnt there for for the visit, he obliged because he was told it was an insurance necessity. They took his copay upfront. When he went to get his massage, Ruby yelled across the office to stop him and refused him service. Told him he would have to come back. I haven't been a patient long with Dr.Haq, but the time I have been under care, him and his team have gone above and beyond. I came into his care from an unfortunate situation with another doctor's office. He didn't need to, but he helped me out to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. He even tried to get me care the same day I first saw him, but my insurance was too slow (not his fault at all).
