Best doctor ever. Not did he only manage my pain better than any other PM doc but gave attention to other health issues and more appropriate meds to have my MD change my prescriptions. I have suffered for so long until Massau began treating me. To bad Trump screwed him over with unfounded opioid crisis.
This is a complaint of Neglect: My doctor referred me to this office for back pain. My referral was sent over in mid April, my very first appointment which was just a consultation was scheduled for June 30, 2018. I get to the appointment and they tell me their computers are down and have to reschedule me. First, what does the computers have to do with my back. So someone was supposed to call me to reschedule,no one ever did after an entire week so I took it upon myself to call. I might add that during that week I did try to ... read more
Dr went had a flashback to Vietnam and went sniper mode on me when I wasn't even his patient. P.A was great but didn't stand up for me to Dr. I guess if your'e looking to buy him out, you have to agree with him even when he goes full wacko
Dr Massau is one of the best (If not best) Dr's I've had the pleasure of seeing. He doesn't take any BS and will call you out if you try to. However, with that said, if you are genuinely in need of help he will not turn you away unless you are not being truthful. I've never had a Dr that listened, cared and didn't mess with untruthful people. I feel as though I'm safe with him and trust that he always has my best interest at heart. Thank you Dr Massau.
