Just had my 1st appointment with Dr. Netzer,& his staff,all kind,warm,welcoming people. Also too the staff who checked me in,& they were very helpful of showing me where I needed too go. They addressed my problems,& took care of it,they thought I might need too come back, cause they needed too go with my insurance company,& went ahead,& saw me,& did my injections instead of having too come back for them. A big Thanks! Too all the dr,& staff,& others.

I love my pain care team at Barry Rd St Luke’s. My pain doctor is Dr. Netzer. He is so compassionate and caring to his patients. He really wants to help you! The whole staff from admitting in the lobby, the radiological tech, the RN and even the check in clerk in the pain clinic itself are super nice and professional. The RN always makes sure I’m fine before I leave. If the office clerk is checking in another patient when I leave, she still says, Bye! I hope you feel better or have a good day. My first time needing to be seen at the Barry Rd clinic was amazing! Dr. Cho and Kim as well as the others from start to finish were so great to work with. My MRI results weren’t ready so they called to get them. Dr. Cho explained everything in detail that was wrong with my back and took the time to explain the procedure in great detail! Its the next morning and I am already feeling so much better! I highly recommend Dr. Cho and his team!
