I've had a great experience with this pain clinic. They're always kind and courteous and check to see how I'm doing. I'm never there long before I'm called back and the only reason I'm not there now is because the office moved to Evansville but I am seriously considering driving all the way there to go back.
This is the most unprofessional facility I have ever been to. They cancel injection procedures 2 hours before the procedure is scheduled. Just very unorganized and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place if you are in constant pain.
Staff is great. BUT….call center is terrible. Can never speak to an actual nurse or staff who works with practitioners or doctors. If you have an issue with medication refill , you aren’t even sure if a note will be seen by provider because of how the system works. Yet they get upset if you keep trying to get ahold of anyone. On call nurse isn’t even a nurse or someone who works at the facility and isn’t someone who can access your file. Put on hold for an hour just to be hung up on. Text system doesn’t work.
