Very nice I love it
Dr McCoy is a joke and doesn’t care about his patients ! I have to call this place for a week straight every month to get a refill for my grandmother who has been on pain meds for over 20 years . He takes his time sending refills to the pharmacy as if these poor elderly patient’s pain aren’t a priority . It’s to the point where she’s not able to do her daily living activities and can only stay in bed ! I will be filing a complaint on him with the TN department of health . This place is a joke, for 2 months my mom has been without her pain medication which she needs or she is not able to get out of bed. Because she has been in bed without pain meds, which she has been on for 20+ years because of a spinal injury, she hasn’t able to move and got multiple blood clots that caused her to have a mini stroke which sent her the hospital for a week and almost cost her her life at the end of February. I have been going there for years for chronic back pain and spine issues Dr. Susan was my doctor she retired and I see Mrs Candance she’s a good doctor the down fall I hate her s these people at this call center my appointment got rescheduled in which they called me to reschedule but I never received my medication in which it was supposed to be to have been there weeks ago when they called to reschedule my appointment these people at this call center is very rude disrespectful and all they do is lie they told me the office w... read more
